The beginnings of PaiProjects
PaiProjects began with a simple desire to learn how to build and help people. My journey started with a personal ambition to acquire the skills necessary to assist my family when they needed it most. This initial spark quickly grew into a passion for construction, leading to the creation of PaiProjects – a business built on the principle of helping others and supporting our community.

PaiProjects is a locally owned and operated building company right here in Whangārei. From Tūtūkākā to Tikipunga, Onerahi to Oceans, Kamo to the Town Basin, we've been helping families and businesses with their building and renovation needs. We take pride in honest work and treating every project like it's our own home.
